Kettlebell Conditioning Series

The kettlebell. A one-stop, one-piece "gym". These cast iron bells really pack a fitness punch, but to get the most out of this tool, some great coaching can go a long way.
Looking for an interesting conditioning class to add to your weekly fitness program? Need some inspiration? This series will be sure to get you fired up and back on your giddyup.
Come one, come all:
Please join Chrome Fit and RKC Anne for this action packed series of kettlebell conditioning classes! These classes are great for beginning "swingers" as well as "bellers" that have experience but want to tighten up their form and get more from their workouts.
Day, time and date details:
6 Mondays, June 4th - July 9th, 6:00 - 7:00pm
Swings and more:
Instruction will include all of the signature kettlebell moves like, swings, presses, get-ups, cleans and snatches as well as assisting exercises and full body strength-building moves.
Format of class:
- WARM-UP -- thoughtful joint and muscle prep to get you ready to move
- SKILL WORK -- technique-based coaching to improve your movement proficiency and confidence
- INTERVALS -- varied body weight and kettelbell conditioning and strength work
- RECOVERY -- A full body cool down to help you recover and feel great
BYOK / Bring your own kettlebell:
This is a "bring your own kettlebell" series. If you have a kettlebell, great! If you don't have one yet, you will need to order one or pick one up locally.

*The instructor will have a few spare bells on hand in case your bell does not arrive on time or if you need a lighter or heavier bell for that particular exercise.
